PRIVACY NOTICE

Privacy Notice for Enquiries & Applications

This notice applies to this website's enquiry, partnership application and beta registration forms and explains how the information you submit is used and handled.

What Information Is Required

Enquiry forms require your name, contact details, topic and region; a message is optional. Partnership applications also require a work email, organisation name and size, country or city and partnership interest. Beta registration requires a name, email, region and research interests.

How Information Is Used

After you give consent and submit, this information is used to handle your enquiry or application, understand your needs and discuss next steps. Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment, establish a partnership or grant beta access.

These forms do not collect medical records, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information. Do not include such information in your message.

How Information Is Submitted & Handled

In the local demonstration environment, submissions are saved in the demonstration device's local database. They are not automatically sent to staff and do not create actual appointments. Once the live website is connected to a receiving service, submissions are handled by staff responsible for the relevant enquiries or applications. Form content is not saved in browser local storage, and submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Your Choices

Before submission, you can change your information or stop completing the form. After submission, to check progress or request correction or deletion, use the channel through which the receiving team contacts you and provide your reference number to help locate your submission.
